Ethical decisions can involve several determinations. The field of ethics, also known as
moral philosophy, shows that there are various ways of systematizing, defending, and
recommending concepts of right and wrong conduct. Sometimes ethical decisions involve
choosing not between good and bad, but between good and better or between bad and
worse. Making ethical decisions also involves choice about who should be involved in the

Answer: Business Ethics:

Yes, business ethics is highly important for a company to gain profits and also to gain space
in the competitive industry and in the eyes of public. Society will always flourish because of
the moral standards held by the individuals. It is the individuals who together build an
organization. Just imagine a world where there are no ethical values, no moral standards and
no right and wrong concept. In this said case world would be a darkest place where there is no
trust of any kind. Similarly, business without any ethics, values, trust means no confidence,
no faith, no humanity, everything would be carried out on legal contracts. If we look upon
research, it shows clearly that it is only the ethics that increase the pursuit of profits. Normal
people like us only cares about principles and just beliefs and customers becomes clearly
satisfied when firms care about feelings. Companies which carry out corporate social
responsibility (CSR) activities are an example of success due to business ethics. This clearly
shows being principled won’t let you down.
