Subject: The details you asked for

Dear Ms. Nelson,

I am writing to provide you with all the details (the school, the classes
your daughter could attend, important rules) that you wanted to know.
As I am sure you know, our school has one of the best reputations
around the whole city. It is famous for the medals and winning places
our students get at international competitions and Olympiads. It has a
of great things to offer to its students.
A park can be found just one hundred meters from our school.
Therefore, Lizzie could go for a walk with her new friends after school.
When it comes to which classes your daughter could attend, there are a
lot of options. Firstly, I would recommend that she attends some of the
German lessons. This is a very easy way in which she could learn
something new about our culture. As I understood, Lizzie enjoys playing
the piano. Maybe she could come to our music lesson and play her
favorite song for us! Then, I would also recommend Spanish lessons, a
great way to learn about a new language, a new country.
Finally, let me tell you about our school rules. Our school is not too
strict, but there are still some regulations. First of all, we must wear
another pair of shoes (usually, we wear slippers), so the floor always
remains clean. Another rule would be that we are not allowed to leave
the school building, even if we have a free lesson. We are also not
allowed to eat or drink during the course of the lesson. Phones are not
allowed either.
We look forward to seeing Lizzie in Austria soon.
Yours sincerely,
Daniel Sîrghii
