SWITCH ON THE MACHINE: PROCEDURE

1) Switch on: Machine Main Switch

2) Press: GREEN BUTTON (Wait till controller’s screen ready)

3) Check three Emergency Stops (Release All)

4) Press: WHITE BUTTON (Blinking & wait till light stable)

5) Press: REF (Blinking & wait till light stable)

IMPORT FILE FROM USB TO CONTROLLER: PROCEDURE

1) Press: MANUAL MODE

2) Press: EDIT

3) Press: PROG

4) Press: FOLDER

5) Press: (OPRT)

6) Press: DEVICE CHANGE

7) Press: USB MEN

Select your File

8) Press: Next Page

9) Press: COPY

10) Press: Next Page

11) Press: DEVICE CHANGE

12) Press: CNC MEN

13) Choose Folder by using the cursor keys & and then press

14) Press: Next Page

15) Press: PASTE

16) Press: MAIN PROGRAM

17) Press: PROG

18) Press: AUTO

19) Press: FOOT PEDAL by foot

20) Press: “START” ON FOOT PEDAL OR Press: CYCLE START

21) See the machine. Machine’s gantry will move to the position. Wait till machine stop.

22) Press: AUTO

23) LOAD MATERIAL ON THE MACHINE

24) CHECK THE TOOL

Press: TOOL CHANGE MODE , go to tool station & check the tool position

RUN THE IMPORT FILE: PROCEDURE

1) Press: MANUAL MODE

2) Press: RESET

3) Press: EDIT

4) Press: PROG

5) Press: CYCLE START

SWITCH OFF THE MACHINE: PROCEDURE
1) Press: EMERGENCY STOP

2) Press: RED BUTTOM

3) Switch off: Machine Main Switch
