No procedure approved by ABS except UTM certificate approved by

ABS. Refer to Appendix B - Hull Gauging Certificate.

In event Owner ask for additional manpower, Tristar able to provide

additional team / more person as required by Owner.

Tristar is a certified company for ISO 45001:2018. ASOM is a

certified company for ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018. The rest
of work documents will follow SBM Code of Practice. Refer to
Appendix C - Company ISO certification.

Sample of confined space certificate already attached at page 26 of

29 in previous submission. All confined space certificates will be
submitted after PO issued. Refer to Appendix D - Sample of
Confined Space Certificate.

Tristar will use ASOM's DPR format.

Refer to Appendix E - Operation Procedure (CVI).

Not applicable, based on experience. Tristar has a lot of experience

as part of class survey requirement. Especially for tanker. Bulk
carrier and general dry cargo ship.

Refer to Appendix F - Tristar's UTM Final Report.

Tristar have 2 unit of Drone equipment with operator to execute
'Base Scope Tanks' as well as 'Additional Tanks UTM + CVI' &
'Additional Tanks CVI + Potential UTM'
