JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

            We, MARVIN TABAÑAG TABARES and DARWIN MANGUBAT

DUCAY, both of legal age, both Filipino citizens and with residence at Pusok,
Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu, Philippines, after having been duly sworn and oath in
accordance with law hereby voluntarily depose and say:

1. That we know personally ERIC RAUT and MARY GRACE BALIWIS, of legal

ages, Filipinos, a resident of Pusok, Lapu-Lapu City and living as husband and
wife without the benefit of marriage for over 3 years now;

2. That Mary Grave Baliwis just gave birth to their chiled, Ena Louise Raut;

3. That consequent to the said birth of Ena Louise Raut, ERIC RAUT, the
biological father of Ena, is filling for a seven (7) days leave allocation to further
spend time with his daughter as provided under the new law of Expanded
Maternity Leave;

4.  That we have firsthand knowledge of the fact of their cohabitation for over
three (3) years because we are neighbors and friends in Pusok, Lapu-Lapu City.
Further, we have firsthand knowledge of the fact of birth of Ena Louise Raut
because we personally saw Mary Grace Baliwis when she was still pregnant;

4. That we are not related to ERIC RAUT and MARY GRAVE BALIWIS and we
do not stand to benefit for the leave application of Eric Raut.

5.   That we are executing this Joint affidavit to attest to the truth of all the
foregoing facts and for whatever legal purpose this may serve;
