The responsibility was given to streamline and turnaround the business which was making loss year on year. It had numerous issues
consisting of mammoth receivables (almost not recoverable), huge banks' liabilities, and no policy on Credit Sales, massive
inventory, limited dealer’s network, and very low stock price.

Successfully formulated and executed multi-pronged strategy of controlling delinquency and increasing recovery of bad debts.
Drafted and Implemented Credit Sales Policies & Procedures.

In a short span of time, the business has totally transformed, 90 % of bad debts have been recovered, and Sales is now against cent
percent Cash. Banks' Liabilities have been reduced to minimal, Stock inventory is at manageable level. New Dealers have been
inducted. Opened company maintained Life Style Emporiums across country to reposition the brand. Investments have been done to
upgrade manufacturing plants. High Quality Ceramic & Porcelain tiles are now manufactured as per European Standards accredited
by Centro Ceramico, Italy.
