Leader: Know that the Lord is God: It is the Lord that made us, and

DECLARATION OF INTENTION
Minister: Do you Carl Roy & April Ann, come on your own free will
and accord to take each other as husband and wife? Do you
promise to spend the rest of your life in union with each other.
Will you love each other, comfort one another honor each other
and have each other in sickness and in health, and forsaking all
others, be faithful to each other as long as you both shall live
Carlman Roy & April Ann: Yes, we do.

Parents: Almighty God, source of love and life. We present
our children to you, bless their union with true devotion,
spiritual commitment and love. Give them the ability and the
