Candidate Call sheet - ResMed

Apart from the skill set assessment the following points should be discussed with the candidate
in detail. Please don’t rush in candidate submission. We need to complete the proper
screenings before scheduling interviews. Submit candidates with proper communication skills,
who look interested in the job and are responding to your queries.

Inform the candidate that they will get a follow up call from the Account Manager.

After discussing these points make a short note and enter in candidate overview while
submitting the profile. Failure to do so will result in rejection of candidates.

1. Previous submission to ResMed


2. Comfortable with days, hours and Shift Timing
3. Inform about the Job location. Confirm the distance of the candidate from the job.
4. Confirm if they have any pre- planned leaves in the next 30 days
5. Inform that they cannot take a leave in next 30 days unless absolutely necessary
6. Background check – confirm if they are comfortable running a background check
7. Confirm if there is any other job interview or offer the candidate is attending.
8. Inform that the interview will be a video call via Zoom
9. Confirm if they have every attended a zoom call
10. Take 2 interview slots for the next two days. Update that on the top of the resume while
submitting.
