Presenting Candidates—Step-by-Step Guide

Directions: Follow these steps to work with the two candidates you selected to the
Customer Service Representative job order.
A. Present a Candidate
1. Select Submittals from the Job Order Summary screen
2. Select the candidates you submitted
3. Click Present a Candidate
4. Click Present via Other
5. Enter in Notes: Called Monty and discussed candidates’ skills and experience – he will
consider both candidates
6. Click Confirm

B. Schedule an Interview
1. Select the candidates
2. Click Schedule an Interview
3. Enter tomorrow’s date in Date
4. Enter a Start Time and End Time for each candidate
5. Click Confirm

Note: Normally you would send a confirmation email to the candidates and contact, but do
not take this step during the exercise.

To return to the training, close or minimize Direct Office.
