Margusho’s celebrity appearance and its impact on the world

Four products, three smells, two companies, and one well-known actor.

A new fragrance brand, called Clooney, will be arriving online and in stores a month
from today. There you will see, George Clooney’s face on four different fragrance products. The
fragrances contain a mixture of the three different scents: sandalwood, fresh meadows, and
cinnamon. These products were created by Respigio 47, a company that had produced three out
of the 10 world’s bestselling fragrances.

According to Anne Twente, Margusho’s vice president of marketing, “research shows


that Margusho’s customers love George Clooney. Our customers associate the actor and activist
with integrity and good humor. We expect big things from Clooney and look forward to working
more with its namesake."

The product line will not only benefit the Margusho Department store, but also the
Clooney Foundation for Justice. This organization advocates for justice through accountability
for human rights abuses around the world. When George Clooney agreed to this new fragrance
brand, he knew he wanted to give back to the community in some way. So, for every Clooney
product sold, 10% of the proceeds will be donated to this foundation.

“Choosing a fragrance may seem trivial. But I like to think of choosing this line of
products as a small way you can use your wallet to fight for others’ rights.” Clooney said. “If
you’re in the market for a new scent, why not choose one that will not only make a positive mark
on the noses of those around you but also a positive mark on the world?”
