COMMUNITY MARKET ANNOUNCES BLOOMFIELD STORE OPENING ON AUGUST 16

Interim grocer ensures community has access to fresh foods as ECHO Realty finalizes redevelopment plan

PITTSBURGH – The new Community Market, which is located at 4401 Liberty Avenue, will be open in Bloomfield on
Sunday, August 16 at (TIME). Customers will be allowed to shop at the grocery store from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. seven
days a week. The Bloomfield neighborhood can expect high levels of customer service and quality products that the
Community Market strives to bring to all customer locations.

ECHO Realty bought the property on July 6, 2020, with long-term plans to redevelop the site to improve the
Bloomfield community for the years to come. ECHO Realty and the owners of the Community Market’s in Pittsburgh,
requested Giant Eagle to be the first corporation to maintain and operate the new grocery store.

“We were excited to have an opportunity to step in and provide the Bloomfield community with access to high quality
foods and services,” said Dan Donavan, a spokesperson for Giant Eagle. While we are working hard to ensure that
the community receives optimal resources, we also want to provide Bloomfield with the best Community Market store
experience it has to offer.

ECHO Realty will continue to work closely with the Community Market owners and Giant Eagle.

“Thank you, Giant Eagle, for your agreement to act as the temporary operator for the Community Market,” said Phil
Bishop, the VP of Engineering at ECHO Realty. “ECHO will continue to work with the Bloomfield community leaders
on its redevelopment plans for the future site surrounding the new grocery store.”

The Community Market will support the Bloomfield community with every products and fast and friendly services.

Features of the new store include:

- High quality produce, meat, and deli offerings.

- Full-service bakery that provides customers with fresh baked goods daily.

- A selection of convenience offerings, such as Western Union, money orders, lottery, dry-cleaning, and
more!

- An in-store floral service that has an assortment of bouquets, plants, and ornaments.

- A variety of well-known name brands that are priced at great value.

The new store will employ approximately (NUMBER) cashiers. The store will open August 16, 2020 at (TIME). The
Community Market has been in business for over 90 years. It provides customers with everyday low prices, daily
specials, and friendly service. ECHO Realty and the Community Market intend to positively impact Bloomfield and
provide valuable resources to all its customers.
