2. Examine the organizational structure
o Recruitment and selection procedure
o Compensation and benefits provided
o Training opportunities for the employees
o Performance appraisal practices
o Compliance
3. Observation and suggestions (Identify the differences in HR policy and practices)
4. Reference
Report should be about 20 pages. Reports will be checked with a plagiarism checking
