5. Loyalty: The most important characteristic among employees in the modern

working culture.

You probably put a lot of effort in enhancing customer loyalty and forget one vital
aspect which is employee loyalty. You may not know why employee loyalty is important.
Know that before your customers get satisfied, your employees must have given their all.
The satisfaction that your customers talk about is largely a result of the value they get from
your business. Well, only loyal employees can create the value you need to turn your
business around.

Why employee loyalty is important? As mentioned earlier, loyal employees contribute

extensively to the productivity of your business. They are able to create the value required to
put your business on the path to success. Customers are always on the lookout for value
and nothing else. So, when they find value in what you offer, then you assure repeat visits.

A large chunk of your company image originates from the products or services you
offer. Your employees are the ones who produce the products and deliver services on your
behalf. This means they carry your image squarely on their shoulders. To improve this image
without spending a lot, try building loyalty in your employees. One of the most critical
components of your business success is customer satisfaction. The desire to experience
exceptional value again always draws the customer back to your premises. Well, only loyal
employees can provide exceptional value.

So as the boss, we must build a loyalty to our employee. One of the way is keep
connect with our employee. The only way you can connect with your employees is via
communication. Make sure you communicate with your staff regularly in a clear and concise
manner. You need to understand that not everyone in the organization receives information
in the same way. This is why it is vital to explore variety in your communication efforts. This
makes sure everyone gets the message in a convenient way, which enhances bonding.

10. Father/Mother, my role model.

My father is my role model because he is the most special person in my life. His
name is Husni bin Hussein. He is a Security Guard by profession. At weekends he loves to
play with me the whole day. During weekdays, he work hard & spend maximum time working
at his office. He tries his best to keep our family happy. He works hard to make money for
our family. He loves me a lot & always tries to cheer me up whenever I am in a sad mood.

He has always taught me good values & not spoiling me by buying me all the things
that I wanted. But at the same time he has gifted me many things that I always wish to have.
My father has always tried his level best to make me a good human being.

He is very careful regarding what I eat. He always insists me to eat healthy stuff such
as fruits and vegetables that are rich in vitamins and minerals. He is an extremely loving
father. My father helps me in my studies too. He does not allow me to take tuitions instead
he personally sits with me to get my problems solved. It is because of his grace I perform
well in studies. Whenever I need his help, he is always available for me. He is like a hero to
me. He is a funny, cool, adventurous and smart human being.

Today I am just 19 years old & at this tender age father has taught me a lot of things.
He has taught me what life is all about. He has showed me the way to achieve success. He
has showed me the opportunities that exist in front of me. But at the same time he has left
the decision up to me in terms of which path to choose. He is very confident that his efforts
to make me a good human being will never go in vein. Seeing his confidence in me some
day I want to make him proud. I thank God everyday for giving me such a loving and caring
father. I also wish to see him in good health for the rest of my life.

7. Schools should serve only healthy food for students.

In this era, many schools always serve a lot of unhealthy foods for students. It is
because the cafeteria in school just want to get benefits with selling a lot of non-healthy
foods. Student also love to buy unhealthy food such as chocolate, ice cream and crackers
compare to the rice or bread. Many reasons why schools should serve only healthy food for
students.

Firstly, eating healthy food is an important life lesson. Kids go to school to learn, and
part of what they learn about is healthy food and nutrition. Even if what they learn about
nutrition isn’t ideal due to the food industry’s influence on what is taught, the food served at
school should set a healthy example. Students may like unhealthy foods, but the hypocrisy is
not lost on them when schools serve food that is not healthy. Just like students who go home
and tell their parents not to smoke because of what they learned at school, students become
advocates for healthy eating at home when they learn about and experience healthy eating
at school.

Secondly, schools should support good health. For kids whose parents feed them
healthfully at home, schools should not undermine the parent’s good efforts. In homes where
students do not have access to healthy foods, schools should be a place where students can
count on eating healthfully. This is important because some children may be eating more
than half of their calories at school on school days.

Last but not least, eating healthfully makes a difference which is not just in the future,
but now. Eating habits are established early and eating healthfully is a life skill. But it’s not
just about avoiding heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and cancer in the future; it’s about
ensuring that children are healthy now. That means when students are in school, providing
them with nutritious, healthy meals that enable them to focus and maximize their potential
and to support a healthy immune system to keep them in school, not homesick. Healthy food
equals better health, better grades, and better behavior.

5. Memories of my childhood.

Childhood is the happiest time of the person life. When ever we think back some of
the good and some of the not so good memories we recall. But still we say that we never
feel older when ever recall our childhood memories.

When you are a child you don’t have many responsibilities. Children depend on their
parents who make decision for them, and on adult we are packed with packages of problems
and many other responsibilities. That’s why when most of the people think back to the time
when they just have to think of school home work, put away their toys or if they will be invited
to a birthday party or not, they remember that time of their life to be a very happy and
unstressfull time.

I still remember some of the wonderful memories when I was young. One of the most
important event I remember in my life was the day I celebrate my first birthday. It was the 2
September 2005. We invited a small crowd of family and friends to our home for a birthday
party and cook out. The most important thing was what king of cake to get. The cake was a
half of a sheet, which was able to feed up to 50 people. It was made with fresh strawberries
that tasted like they were picked right from the patch as a filling, surrounded with butter
cream icing. My parents graciously volunteered to do the preparation of the food for the
party. I get overall 25 gifts and 8 covers from the invited person. This was the day I enjoyed
a lot and this become my one of the most wonderful memory of my childhood.

In conclusion, I think childhood is the happiest time of our life because when you are
child you get excited about everything you learn around you and finally don’t have to worry
about take decisions and have fewer responsibilities compared to an adult.

Question 4

Hey gang! Tomorrow we will be cycling in Bukit Tinggi. Make sure everyone is in my condo
at 4am. Don't forget to bring your own bottle of mineral water as we are expected to get tired
and thirsty before reaching the peak. Also bring a torchlight because the the light from
mobile phone is not sufficient. We can use luminous strips which I am getting for all of us.
