1. Explain the history of the particular Business you have selected.

The founder of apple Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak create apple inc on April 1, 1976 with their

release of Apple I, and they incorporate the company on January 3rd 1977 in Cupertino

California.

Apple is a manufacturer of personal computers such as Apple II Macintosh and power mac lines

but they have low sales and low market, and Jobs who work on the company in 1985

became apple CEO when apple bought his company

But now apple is the largest technology company in the world with its revenue last year being over

$274 billion

While Apple headquarters in California there is more than 510 retail stores both in US and around

1- Excutive summary:

Apple Inc. is a multinational company in the United States that designs and develops consumer
electronics, applications for computers, and personal computers. Macintosh devices, the iPod, the
iPhone and the iPad are the company's best-known hardware products. The Apple software includes
the operating system Mac OS X; the media browser iTunes; the entertainment and creativity
software iLife suite;
For the last five years, the combined absolute of Apple stock has expanded by about 331%. The
purpose behind this development is two-crease: the change on the innovation area and Apple has
profited by this influx of mechanical reliance; and Apple has caught the processing market through
improving existing innovation and provoking interest for new items through unavoidable
groundbreaking advancement. While Apple is appreciating market predominance in the United
States, the development is relied on the creation of great as ever innovation for arising and created
markets.
Apple presently get better on showing genuine global adaptability; Apple's iPhone is an underlying
endeavor to infiltrate developing business sectors with an item lined up with nearby client interest
and purchasing power. Estimates show that the iPhone is the place where the global development

and development because there is a little to no communication between these two department.

Apple is also highly levered company in which debt exceeds equity.

they have the most successful design processes with Jony Ive their chief design officer and they are

giving their freedom to set their budget but the production for their product are mostly outsource to

other company.

Their design has their problem such as getting less space for the device exterior

And they have some propriety issue for some of their product such as their late MacBook and
