including working capital which include the owner with Php.500,000, a family-
member investor with Php.50,000, and a loan worth Php.2,250,000 in order to
purchase the necessary items that CasaTea need to get started the business. The
loan and the family-member investor will be paid off within the 6 years of CasaTea

The financial plan of CasaTea is very simple and conservative. We aim to


keep our expenses low while growing sales very slowly and under control. Because
we don’t have any major expenditures to make, we don’t need to have huge
amounts of cash on hand. We just need enough to pay our bills and our salary, and
provide additional cushion to our account
