Peanut sauce

Serve 2 persons 🕓 Preparation time: 15mn

Ingredients

ü Peanut x 6 tbsp. ü Sweet soya sauce x 3


ü 1 garlic tbsp.
ü 1 chili ü Water x 6 tbsp.
ü 15g palm sugar ü Motar and blender

Tips: For chicken x 1 tbsp.
sate or dippings,
the sauce should
be thick. For the
Gado Gado, the Peanut x 6 tbsp.
sauce is more Palm sugar
liquid. Water Garlic

Cooking method

1. First thing to do is to fry the peanut in a pan with cooking oil until the peanut
become grilled
2. In a blender add the peanut and the garlic, blend 30 s. You will obtain a powder
3. Open the chili, take out the seed and chop it. Chop the palm sugar as well
4. In your mortar, grind the powder, the chili, salt and the palm sugar.
5. Add 3 spoons of water, grind, 4, grind… until you obtain the consistency required.
6. Add the 3 tbsp. of sweet soya sauce
