"Ma mandresc cu abilititatile pe care le am in relatia cu clientii si cu capacitatea de a rezolva


situatii care ar putea deveni dificile".

2. Care este cea mai mare slabiciune a ta?


"Obisnuiam sa astept pana in ultimul minut sa imi stabilesc intalnirile pentru saptamana
urmatoare, insa am realizat ca programarea in avans este mai eficienta".

3. Cum te descurci in situatii de stres si


presiune?
"Reactionez la situatii, nu la stres. In acest fel, situatia este sub control si nu devine un factor
de stres".

5. Cum evaluezi succesul?


"Evaluez succesul nu doar in functie de munca mea, ci si de cea a echipei mele. Pentru a
considera ca am succes, intreaga mea echipa trebuie sa isi atinga obiectivele individuale si
de grup".

6. De ce ai plecat/pleci de la locul de munca?

"Dupa multi ani in fosta pozitie, sunt in cautarea unei companii unde pot creste".

"I used to wait until the last minute to set up my meetings for next week, but I
realized that scheduling in advance is more efficient."
