We have been informed that our valued client Authentic Design & Consultants, Proprietor : Engr. Herer
Krishna, Office Address : House # 766/A, Road # 07, Baitul Aman Housing, Dhaka -1207 (hereinafter
called `The Tender') intends to submit to you its tender (hereinafter called `The Tender') for execution of
works of the following package:

Furthermore, we understand that according to your conditions, The Tender's Financial Capacity i.e. Liquid
Asset must be substantiated by a Letter of Commitment of Bank's Undertaking for line of Investment.

At the request of and arrangement with the Tenderer, we, Shahjalal lslami Bank Limited, Union Center (1st
floor), 1/5, Mohammadpur Housing Estate, Mirpur Road, Dhaka-1207 do hereby agree and undertake
that Green Foundation Tech, Partner : Engr. Herer Krishna , Office Address: House # 766/A, Road # 07,
Baitul Aman Housing, Dhaka -1207 will be provided by us with revolving line of Investment, in case of
awarded the contract for execution of the above mentioned works under the above invitation for tenders for
an amount not less than Tk. 4.00 Lac (Taka Four Lac) Only for the sole purpose of the execution of the above
Contract. This revolving line of investment will be maintained by us until issuance of `.Taking-Over
Certificate" by the procuring entry.

In witness whereof, authorized representative of the Bank has hereunto signed and sealed this Letter of
Commitment.
