1- Compressed Gas Cylinders are stored in upright position and immobilized by chains or other
means to prevent them from Falling over.

2- Trolley not damage, Tyre and Chain are in good condition

3- Compressed gas cylinder are fitted with Flashback arrestor and ear clip.

4- Pressure Regulator for compressed gas cylinder in good condition

5- Compressed gas cylinder connections such as, manifolds, hoses, gauges, and relief valves
checked for integrity and tightness?

6- Cylinder valves cover closed at all times, except when the valve is in use

7- Ensure the cylinders secured to the cart during transport with a chain or strap Cylinders
should not be dragged, rolled or manually carried.

8- Are cylinders stored away from electrical connections, gas flames or other sources of ignition,
and substances such as flammable solvents and combustible waste material?

9- Compressed gas cylinders regularly inspected for corrosion, pitting, cuts, gouges, digs,
bulges, neck defects and general distortion

10- The user of Compressed gas are aware of all Hazards associated with it .
11- Only trained personnel shall use compressed gases.

12- Fire Extinguisher must always be available at time of of using Flammable compressed Gas.
