the temperature increases to 298 K.

12. A 12.2 L sample containing 0.50 mol of oxygen gas, O2 at a pressure of 1 atm and
a temperature of 25oC. If all these oxygen gas were converted to ozone, O 3 at the
same temperature and pressure, find the volume of the ozone?

13. A small bubble rises from the bottom of a lake, where the temperature and
pressure are 8oC and 6.4 atm, to the water’s surface, where the temperature is 25 oC
and the pressure is 1 atm. Calculate the final volume (in mL) of the bubble if its initial
volume was 2.1 mL?
