Introduction

As the producer of the film ‘Action Hero’ the following report has been prepared. It has been
observed that the foreign technicians are having some issues to cope with the BFDC’s work
environment and this is leading towards a serious demotivation among them. They are not
being able to team up with the local technicians to fulfill the objectives of the collaboration
between BFDC and Red Chillies Entertainment.

As a responsible member of the Bangladesh Film industry and the prime stakeholder of the
ongoing project ‘Action Hero’ a formal meeting has been organized for which the following
report has been prepared covering various issues. Such as: Organizational culture, power,
politics, motivational theories, techniques and their influences on behavior, effective and
ineffective teams, various team development theories, concepts of OB and their influences etc.

The purpose of the report is to resolve the ongoing issues between the concerned technicians
of both companies.
