Job Description: The job is within the marketing team and will makes a direct
contribution to the business. The individual will be responsible to lead and implement
area business plans and national promotion and marketing programs in his/her territory
with optimum use of resources to attain:
• Brand volume of products in the portfolio
• Effective marketing presence
• Brand distribution goals
• Merchandising objectives
* The individual will also have to involve in trade engagement programs to build and
maintain strong relationships with distributors, local public and stakeholders to manage
smooth business operation in the territory.
Job specifications:
Graduate from a Business University
• Proficiency in both Bangla and English
• Strong team building, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Hard-working, self-motivated, energetic and highly adaptable to work independently.
• Willingness to work within any location of the country (inside/outside Dhaka)
Desirable specification:
• Minimum 1 year experience
• Active involvements in extra-curricular activities now or during student life.
