Nestle is known as the largest food and beverage company in the world . For the last 150 years
nestle has been helping to enhance the life of many individuals and their families by providing
products that offer customer value . They mainly operate their business in 154 countries . In ,
1992 nestle Bangladesh started entering in the Bangladesh market by partnering with Transcom
Bangladesh and later nestle Bangladesh bought all the 100 percent subsidiary share from the
their partner and became sole manufacturer and distributor of nestle product in Bangladesh .
Nestle Bangladesh have a huge line of product and most their product consists of great amount
of depth . In Bangladesh nestle product have 5 categories such as Beverages, food , Nestlé
Professional, dairy and breakfast cereal . Nestle also collaborated with famous cosmetics line up
such loreal , la viva etc. Their mainly target all types all classes of people from middle lower

that it still can hold leading position in the future by a wide a margin .

The objective of nestle Bangladesh are :.
* To establish Nestle among the consumers as the provider of best quality food in the market
that has value to the customers.
* To become the Bangladesh’s and world’s leading nutrition, health and wellness multinational
FMCG organization.
* To target new consumer demographic and cater to it.
* To increase the profit for the organization and improve the value of the share for the
shareholders.
* To enhance the quality of life which will help to shape a healthier world and thus establish
good image of the organization.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE PRODUCT ( MAGGI NOODLES )


Maggi noodles is one of the most loved instant noodles in Bangladesh since last 20 years . The
noodles comes with great taste and quality . The most important feature of this noodles is that ,
it is very convenient to cook . Since last year maggi noodles came up with two new flavour such
as masala flavor and curry flavor . This noodles can be cooked in two like deep fried pan and as
well soup noodles . The noodles contain a lot of vitamin and iron which is very nutrious for

Recently , maggi noodle is loosing its former glory because of the entrance of new competitors.
The sales and the popularity of this product has gone down by a lot. If nothing is done then in
the future maggi noodle might loose the leading position to other noodles brand . One of the
main reason maggi noodles sales went down because the competitor is bringing different
variety of flavors in the market . Few years ago there were some controversy around maggi
noodles that the noodles is unhealthy for people . Because of the controversy maggi noodles
lost a lot customer and popularity . Plus the taste of maggi noodle hasn’t change much since

nestle maggi noodles further .

The follow communication objective has been prepared keeping in mind the marketing and
business objectives . The objective are given below :

* To increase the brand awareness of maggi noodles


* To inform the public properly about the heath benefit of maggi noodles .
* Pursuing the customer not to switch to other brand and also encouraging other customer to
switch to maggi noodles again over other brands.
* To capture the market share of maggi noodles in Bangladesh by 50 percent within next 1
year, which will help to increase the profit and market share of the organization.
* Ensuring to sell over 2 million unit maggi noodles at the end of the first year .
