    1. Original Marks Sheet and this Video Conference Report of the Viva-Voce Examination has to be submitted by

    envelope to the respective Region Director of VTU.
    3. Head of the Institution shall make arrangements to send the same to the University.
    4. Copy of the Video Conference Report along with the Video Recording in CD form shall be retained in College until
    further order from the office of the undersigned.
