1 Cut out A and fold to make creases,

and attach glue tab 1.

2 Cut out B1~B4 and glue them together,

and attach B1 to B4.
You will need
Scissors, glue, ruler, B1
dried-up ballpoint pen (Begin by placing the ruler against
the fold lines and drawing the empty ballpoint pen
over them so that it is easy to make clean folds.) B2
