    PRE-ARRIVAL SECURITY BRIEFING


    Following points were briefed to the undersigned Ship Security Team and other
    related personnel in accordance with vessel’s Security level procedures:

    1.Dedicated access to maintain at all times: Stern Ramp & STBD Gangway

    2. Restricted areas to keep lock or secure with tell tale.


    3. Members assigned for patrol duties to check following areas during patrol:
    As per security patrol route.
    4. Holders of keys to restricted areas shall keep such keys strictly secure at all times.
    5. Stores/provisions Expected: NIL.
    6. Cargo Activities: DISCHARGING ONLY
    7. Any unaccompanied baggage expected: NIL
    8. Communications in port : On UHF sets Channel 2
    9. Threats prevailing in these ports: NIL
    10. Any other activities:
