Lesson process (teaching position)

1 warm up + sports knowledge (15 min)

Students have to know and answer the questions about the characteristics of the Frisbee disc knowing
the weight and its size in addition to how it spins in the air while thrown specially for a long distance
mentioning the range of motion it creates.

In a groups of 4 the students align in the court for warmup :

Each group in aligned in the court and have to jog until the next baseline then come back walking behind
the court

• High knees
• High heels
• On toes
• Side jog
• 20-25 reps of squat

2 Explanation and demonstration of the drill (~1 hour)

All students are aligned on the starting baseline maintaining 1 meter space between them and
numbered 1 and 2 consecutively.

On the whistle, group 1 has to sprint till the mid court baseline touching the cone and coming back
jumping on each 2 steps with a hand up reaching the start baseline touching the other cone making
group 2 bounce and sprint till the end of the court. Group 2 will be going through the same drill after
launching.

3 games (15min)

All students compete in a speed test of 50 meter

Only one student who gets the lowest time score will win

Cool down after all the hard work by a relaxing walk and deep breaths
