How Do You Like Your Coffee?

I enjoy spending my afternoons by having a cup off coffee. Either I make my own instant
coffee or buy it on a café, I like it in a both ways. A cup of coffee can really brightens up your
mood and improve your focus. Unlike sugar-heavy energy drinks, coffee is good for you and you
should never feel bad about drinking it. But do you know the differences between instant coffee
and the one that made in café?

The main difference is about what kind of coffee that contains in it. Instant coffee made
from dried coffee extract while the coffee we buy from café made from fresh ground coffee
beans. It’s easy to imagine that there is some lost elements in instant coffee and it affects on how
it tastes. Instant coffee will generally has a similiar flavour and doesn’t have those complexity
that you get from drinking a regular coffee that made by brewing ground coffee beans.

Instant coffee have less cafein and losses some of the oils that gives complexity flavour
because of the process of extracting dried coffee. But the advantages of instant coffee is it has a
cheaper cost and easier to make.

Making a regular coffee is way more expensive, because you have to buy specialized
equipment and the beans. But the ‘ritual’ while you brewing your coffee or even just watching
the Barista making your coffee is considered as a part of charm from regular coffee. Brewing
your coffee can become a relaxing ritual and adding to the coffee experience. You can also
custom the flavour of your coffee while you brew the ground coffee beans, like the acidity,
bitterness, sweetness, etc.

Overall, regular or instant coffee have their own advantages and disadvantages. So, how
do you like your coffee? You choose.
