High Voltage Ring main unit

evaluation report.
A Ring Main Unit (RMU) is a totally sealed, gas-insulated compact
switchgear unit. The primary switching devices can be either switch
disconnectors or fused switch disconnectors or circuit breakers.

One of the main concepts is a ring main unit breaker defective status.

1. Factory acceptance test (FAT) failure I mean blasting during commissioning

stage.
2. Switchgear Auxiliary Switches also are mounted sequentially it is not
dependent on the existing design installation.
3.Circuit Breaker Tripping Circuit dependent on the main switch gear system.
4.Some Circuit Breaker malfunctional energizing and dis energizing operations.
5.Trip Circuit Supervising system poor as per design requirement.
6. when cable fault occurs power supply system, we cannot detect line fault on
the sub _feeder lines.
7.Schematic and controlling circuit diagram missed.
8.As per electrical safety parameters electro mechanical Interlocking Circuit on
the other feeder line systems but only one intelligent controller on the main
switch gear as per our requirement it’s not compatible.
9.Switching units sealed in SF6 gas filled stainless steel tank carbonized during
commissioning and testing time because of high short circuit and sparking.
10. Incoming insulator damage and carbonized.

Technical comments for Manufacture company on my side about ABB
REF 615C-D and Lighting arrester panel controller parameter
configuration.
 
 
1. Model: ABB REF_ 615N all parameter configuration standard list attached
here below excel file full fill the data parameter testing and commissioning
report and back to me the configuration based on transformers capacity
1250KVA and Nameplate information refer to see the attached picture for your
reference.
 
2. Model: ABB REF _615N through HMI Intelligent controller when you make
local mode it's operated ON/OFF by using HMI pressed push button 1green /O
red button when pressed energized and dis-energized the vacuum air
circuit breaker must be operated/functional.
 
3.For all high voltage switchgear and DC controller panels electrical parameter
testing and commissioning report with warranty certificate should be include. 
 
4. Regarding high voltage power cable So make sure heat shrink High voltage
power cable: Single core cable, and sizes 1*95 mm² Copper (Cu) XLPE
voltage ratings of 33kV/36KV and also Cable lug 120 mm² Copper (Cu)
quantity 50 Pcs don’t forget it as part of package list as a bonus.
 
5.For all electrical equipment’s operating, technical, user manual,
schematic, and wiring diagram drawing include and don’t forget it as part of a
package list.
