Kind Attention: Candidates appearing in the Computer Based Examination scheduled to be

held w.e.f. 5/11/2020 to 12/11/2020
It is for information of the aspiring candidates for the post of Jr. Secretariat Assistant that
candidates to be called for appearing in the Computer Based Test has been shortlisted in terms of the
notification and restricted to the 100 times of the vacancies notified based on percentage of marks
obtained in class 12th with 5% extra marks given to the candidates who have passed the 12th class from
CBSE/ICSE Boards.

appearing in the CBT, are detailed as under:

d) Further, e admit card will be issued 72 Hours before the actual date of commencement
of examination and will be sent on the e-mail id provided by the candidates at the time of
filling up of the application form. In case candidate doesn’t receive his/her e admit card or
unable to download his/her e admit card, he/she is requested to contact Dy. Director (Rectt.
Cell) two days before the actual date of examination.
e) Aspiring candidates are requested not to call DDA office time and again for enquiring about
the e admit card.
