Service Information in TIS 2 Web

TIS 2 Web Defined

TIS 2 Web is the next generation of TIS in a web based environment. TIS 2 Web is hosted
from a central application server, allowing users with the appropriate security credentials the
ability to perform the same diagnostic and service programming functions found on TIS (GM
ACCESS) and TIS (CD).

TIS 2 Web is also used to deliver service information for many GM products globally including
the Cadillac BLS.

Accessing Cadillac BLS Service Information In TIS 2 Web

TIS 2 Web has been configured for Dealers that sell and service the Cadillac BLS to display BLS
service information for each technician that has been provided an ID/PW within that Dealership
facility. If a technician does not have BLS service information as an option, contact your
appropriate GM representative for assistance.

Note:
Reference the TIS 2 Web Access Information PC and Internet Specifications document for
further detail regarding connectivity to TIS 2 Web found on http://service.gm.com.

Once in TIS 2 Web BLS Service Information can be found by completing the following steps:
Click the Settings icon in the upper right hand corner
In the Settings screen select Cadillac (GME) as the default Salesmake
From the TIS 2 Web Home page select Vehicle Configuration
Make the appropriate selections from the Select Vehicle Data screen
From the Home page select Service and Diagnostic Information
From the Service Information screen select the appropriate Service Publication
