1. Select the CDM Submit tab and the CDM Add Page.
2. Complete all fields in this section: Service Delivery Schedule, Request Type,
Summary, Notes, Market, Choose and Upload File.
h. Once the CDM request page is complete, click the Next button at the bottom
of the page to move forward with the request.
b. Once you have selected the cell site file, click Next
b. Warnings (in orange font) can be bypassed by clicking the Next button.
c. Errors (in red font) must be corrected by clicking the Back button to CDM
request, deleting the Invalid file and uploading a new valid file. Only 4 lines
of errors/warnings show on each page, click the forward arrow button to
proceed to the next page
d. Once no more Validation errors remain and you wish to proceed with the
warnings, click the Next button.

5. View Delta
a. When cell site data is submitted that has significant differences in
coordinates from what COMTECH has loaded, there will be a Delta report for
the submitter to review. Please reference the CDM 3 Delta Report Key
document provided by COMTECH to navigate the exceptions logged in the
delta report. All requests in Scheduled for Review status have Delta
reports ready to review. Click on the View Delta button to view this report.
b. There are 2 options once a Delta report has been viewed
• Do not approve Deltas – Close the report and use the Edit
Request function to submit the corrected RF Submission File.
• Approve Deltas – Using the check box on the left hand side of
the delta report to select rows to approve. Insert Notes to
explain the approval.
a. These filtered results can be exported using the “Export search to .csv” button.
Once the button is clicked you have the option to Open, Save or Cancel.
