January 2021 Goal:

Create the perfect outsourcing structure of IT Professionals and Engineers to clients in the
U.K

How?
We have to work on a complete structure that will ensure the best “Remote Employee”
experience for clients.

Keeping in mind the following issues facing companies when hiring a remote employee:
1. Lack of communications (It’s just Ukkkhhhh )
2. Management issues [Payments, Productivity…etc]
3. Legal Liabilities [Sharing data is scary, GDPR is a serious concern there]
4. Bad reputation [Thanks to $1/day freelancers]
When you look at Remote employees from that perspective, it just doesn’t worth the effort.

Businesses are always competing to lower their costs, minimise their liabilities, and increase
their efficiency, and that can only happen when they hire the right talents in their companies,
and make the talents are well compensated for their time and effort, as retaining a good talent
is always the biggest challenge for any company.

With that being explained, the perfect structure we need to build is actually resolving all the
issues mentioned above (Up to some extend of course).

The perfect structure here refers to a structure that can help outcome the obstacles that
prevents companies from hiring a remote employee from Pakistan.

This structure should be covering the 3 main elements of any outsourcing structure:
1. Approach the right client [Through all the available platforms]
2. Head-hunt a matching talent [Client Requirement]
3. Organization of the outsourcing process [Local Management]
