WHAT DOES THIS MOD DO?
The mod adds CUSTOM LORE FRIENDLY SIMLISH PORN TV CHANNELS to your game, by replacing existing
in-game tv channels with new ones.
To maximize compatibility with similar custom tv mods, with CinErotique you're given a choice to replace
any of the following 6 in-game channels: Action, Comedy, News, Romance, Sports or Fireplace.

EXTRA FEATURES
● Your sims will gain a FLIRTY +4 custom buff moodlet for 2 hours from watching the channel.
● All the while, the custom thought bubbles will show you all the naughty thoughts your sims
have while watching the channel.
● And if your sim is in a flirty or romantic mood, a new whim might even just pop up...

LOCKED OR UNLOCKED CHANNELS...
WHICH ONE SHOULD I USE?
When installing a channel on the CinErotique network, you’ll have a choice to make it either freely available
throughout the sims world for every sim to enjoy, or make it a locked channel (like the Fireplace or Music
channels), so it can only be watched on TVs that have the “Super Reception” upgrade. So...
● If you don’t want porn to be available in places where it would be inappropriate - for example on
certain community lots, etc. - then you should install the locked versions, and manually unlock all TVs
you deem to be appropriate by using the “Super Reception” upgrade option on them.
● If you don’t mind (or even actually prefer) sims to sometimes randomly watch porn - for example
in bars, gym, etc. - then you should install the unlocked versions.

The “Super Reception” upgrade requires a sim to have at least LEVEL 9

Handiness skill, along with 2 Electronic and 3 Common Upgrade Parts.

STEP-BY-STEP INSTALLATION GUIDE

STEP 1 - Installing Shared Main Assets

● If you have no prior installation present of this mod, it is highly recommended to first
make a “CinErotique” subfolder within your Sims 4 “Mods” directory[1] to keep all CinErotique
related files at the same place and in an organized fashion.
● If you already have a previous version of this mod installed, then first REMOVE ALL OUTDATED
MOD FILES EXCEPT THE VIDEO PACKAGES from the “CinErotique” folder.[2]
● Copy the CinErotique_MainMod_Assets.package file to your CinErotique Mods folder.

Video content files always marked with either “TVcinerotique_” or “TVcineraw_” in their names.

 All channels you install must override a DIFFERENT ingame channel!

STEP 2.1 - Installing the CinErotique TV channel

● Decide which existing TV channel you'd like to override with the "CinErotique" channel.
Note that each channel replacer has 2 different options available - an unlocked and a locked one.
● OPTION 1 - If you'd like the channel to be freely available on all TVs in the sims world,
then select one of the CinErotique1_ReplaceXXXX.package files.[3]
● OPTION 2 - If you'd like the channel only be available on TVs that have the "Super Reception" upgrade[4],
then select one of the CinErotique1_ReplaceXXXX_LOCKED.package files.

For example, if you'd like the CinErotique channel to replace the Romance channel,
copy the CinErotique1_ReplaceRomance.package file to the same folder where you put the
CinErotique_MainMod_Assets.package in Step 1.

STEP 2.2 - Installing the CinErotique RAW TV channel
● Decide which existing TV channel you'd like to override with the "CinErotique RAW" channel.
Note that each channel replacer has 2 different options available - an unlocked and a locked one.
● OPTION 1 - If you'd like the channel to be freely available on all TVs in the sims world,
then select one of the CinErotique2RAW_ReplaceXXXX.package files.[5]
● OPTION 2 - If you'd like the channel only be available on TVs that have the "Super Reception" upgrade[6],
then select one of the CinErotique2RAW_ReplaceXXXX_LOCKED.package files.

For example, if you'd like the CinErotique RAW channel to replace the Action channel,
copy the CinErotique2RAW_ReplaceAction.package file to the same folder where you put the
CinErotique_MainMod_Assets.package in Step 1.

The Mod is fully operational at this point. All further steps are optional.

STEP 3 - Replace the CinErotique Channel Menu Icon (OPTIONAL)
● If you don’t like the default CinErotique TV menu icon you can replace it with a one of the following ones.[7]
● Just pick out the one you like the most…

● And copy the matching CinErotique_IconOverride_XX.package file[8] to the same folder

where you put the CinErotique_MainMod_Assets.package in Step 1.

This option is only available for the Main CinErotique TV Channel (2.1) at the moment,
not for the secondary channel(s).

For example, if you like number 6, then copy the matching CinErotique_IconOverride_06.package file
to the same folder where you put the CinErotique_MainMod_Assets.package in Step 1.

STEP 4 - Non Standard Language Localizations (OPTIONAL)
● The following non-standard language localizations are available:
HUNGARIAN, VIETNAMESE
● If you’d like to use either one, just copy the appropriate CinErotique_CustomLang_XXX.package file
to the same folder where you put the CinErotique_MainMod_Assets.package in Step 1.

STEP 5 - Optional Extras

● These are totally optional files, just copy the files you’d like to use into the same folder
where you put the CinErotique_MainMod_Assets.package in Step 1.
● To find out what each file does, please refer to the What are these files for.txt file
in the same folder.

That’s it… all done.

USEFUL CHEATS
Did you choose the locked channel versions, but your sim is lacking the required level of Handiness
skill to be able to upgrade TVs?...
Fear not! Here’s a quick and easy cheat, so you can avoid spending days levelling him/her up.
● While in Live Mode, select the sim you want to boost.
● Press CTRL+SHIFT+C to open the console (a white box in the top left corner).
● Enter testingcheats true to enable cheats.
● Then enter stats.set_skill_level Major_Handiness 9 to boost your sims’ skill level.

TROUBLESHOOTING
In case the Always On Display screen freezes or the audio/video gets out of sync,
just SHIFT+LEFT CLICK on it, then select "Reset Object".

POSSIBLE CONFLICTS
Certain channel replacements (for example: Romance or Action) might clash with
other custom TV mods if they're trying to override the same channel. To solve the
issue, simply replace another channel with this mod.
