Beginner Assignment

• Exercise #1: Play with all 3 stickings comfortably at 60bpm.

Intermediate Assignment

• Exercise #1: Play with all 3 stickings comfortably.

• Exercise #2: Play until comfortable.
• Exercise #3: Build a headspace around this pattern by tapping your foot on
beat 1 to get used to incorporating the foot into the pattern.

Advanced Assignment

• Perform all exercises until comfortable.

• Exercises #4-5: Get Comfortable transitioning between these exercises.
