    TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

    VALIDITY : 60 days from the date of proforma invoice.


    WARRANTY : One year from the date of installation against any manufacturing defect.
    ADVANCE : 50% of the total amount vide DD in favour of Health Equipments.
    TAXES : Sales tax and octroi (if applicable) will be charged extra.
    PAYMENT : Full and final payment at the time of delivery.
    DELIVERY PERIOD : EX -Stock or 4 - 6 Weeks after the receipt of advance.
