    SOP for Spectrum Mode

    Step1: Go to Photometric Mode ↓

    Step2: Click on method (M) ↓

    Step3: Define Method

    → Enter your wavelength and click on add. Select Type: Multipoint ,Go next
    Step4: After keeping Reference on both side click on “Autozero”

    Step5: Remove reference from one cell and keep your standard.

    Step6: Give standard ID & concetration , click enter.

    Step7: keep your standard and click on “read std”. Repeat this for every standard.

    Step8: you can see equation. On graphstandard curve statisticsEquation & correlation factor.

    Step9: Now put your Unknown sample. Give sample ID in sample table,

    Step10: then click on “read unknown”. You will get the absorbance & its Concetration.
