    SOP for Spectrum Mode

    Step1: Go to Photometric Mode ↓

    Step2: Click on method (M) ↓

    Step3: Define Method

    → Enter your wavelength and click on add. Go next

    →Select Type: Raw data

    →Go next.keep all as it is.


    →Give your data path and File name.

    Step3: After keeping Reference on both side click on “Autozero”

    Step4: Remove reference from one cell and keep your sample.

    Step5: Give sample ID , click enter

    Step6: then click on “read unknown”. You will get the absorbance.
