    SOP for Spectrum Mode

    Step1: Go to Spectrum Mode ↓

    Step2: Click on method (M) ↓

    Step3: Define Method

    → Enter your wavelength range in Higher to lower order

    →Select Scan Speed = Medium

    →Click on Auto Sampling Interval

    →Put scan Mode : Auto

    →Give your data path and File name.


    Step4: Click on Ok

    Step5: After keeping Reference on both side click on “Baseline”

    Step6:After Scanning remove your reference and keep your sample and click on “Start”.

    Step7:After finishing you can check peak-peak or point peak.

    Step8:At last click on “Save”

    Step9:To take printout click on “Print preview”.
