ADVISORY
ln view of the possible implementation of General Community Quarantine (GCQ) and
eventual resumption of Government Services on Monday, May 4, 2020, this Office wishes
to inform all clients/customers/stakeholders of the following transactional guidelines, to
wit:

1. "No Mask, No Entry Policy' shall be strictly implemented in the Division Office;

2. Social Distancing practice shall be rigorously obseNed while in queue or transacting

with any SDO employee. Virtual queue shall be followed. Unnecessary conversation
with other clients is highly discouraged;

3. Hands shall be disinfected/sanitized and temperatures shall be checked by the Guard

on-duty. Clients with body temperature exceeding 37.8'C shall not be allowed to enter
the building;

4. Entry of clients in the Division Office shall be regulated. They will only stay in the
reception area of the Division Office or designated area set by the Officei

5. Division Office shall maintain a skeletal workforce to ensure delivery of all services.

6. To avoid unnecessary roaming around the Ofiice premises, clients shall no longer be
allowed to personally deliver/submit documents to the ditferent offces unless it is
urgent and requires face{o-face transaction. All documents shall be received by the
Record Section and will be responsible in distributing to concerned otfices;

7. Bringing along child/learner ages zero (0.) to twenly (20) shall be strictly prohibited,

8. Schedule scheme shall be implemented. Schedule per cluster will be as follows

8.'1. Monday - Clusters 1 and 2
8.2. Tuesday - Clusters 3 and 4
8.3. Wednesday - Clusters 5 and 6
8.4. Thursday - Clusters 7 and 8
8.5. Friday - Clusters I and 10

9. Be mindful and vigilant at all times to avoid being infected.

These guidelines shall remain in effect unless lifred or superseded by a subsequent
guideline.
