Re: Final Demand Letter Prior to Legal Action

Greetings!

I am FEBRAIDA ABUSAMA DAMAO, of legal age, Filipino and a

resident of Poblacion, Buluan, Maguindanao. I am one of those who
invested in you on August 09, 2019 in the amount of TWENTY FIVE
THOUSAND PESOS (P 25,000.00) with a promise return of % per
month. The photocopy of the said document evidencing the said
investment is hereto attached.

Records disclose that it has already been NINE (9) MONTHS since I
invested but still, I did not yet receive the desired return.

Accordingly, this DEMAND is hereby made upon you to make a REFUND

of the capital amount of TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (P
25,000.00) within TEN (10) days from receipt of this letter. Otherwise, I will
be constrained to file the necessary legal action against you to protect my
interest as an investor.

As not to further burden you, I will no longer be interested on the interest

due. I trust that you will give this matter your prompt and preferential
attention to avoid the expense and inconvenience of litigation.
