A RESOLUTION, Requesting to THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (CDA) FOR

AMENDMENT OF SHARE CAPITAL FROM TWO HUDNDRED FORTY THOUSAND (Php 240,000.00) TO
ONE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (1,500,000.00) FROM THIS YEAR JANUARY 17, 2020
AND THE SAME CHANGE THE NAME OF THE COOPERATIVE FROM TAGBUYACAN FARMERS
MARKETING COOPERATIVE TO TAGBUYACAN FARMERS MULTIPURPOSE COOPERATIVE (TAFAMCO).

WHEREAS: Board of Director Dominador B. Bolambot Jr. pass a resolution to amend The
name of the cooperative From Tagbuyacan Farmers Marketing Cooperative ,To Tagbuyacan Farmers
Multipurpose Cooperative , and also in every individual Share Capital from Two hundred forty
Thousand pesos (Php 240,000.00) to One million five hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 1,500,000,000.00)
of the cooperative.to help increase the capital to be used in farm financing in every Officers and
members.
WHEREAS ;During General assembly The Board Officials and all members present
was decide to Change The Name of the Cooperative, and also the total Amount of Share
Capital in every Members of The Cooperative, Three Thousand Five Hundred Pesos Or Three
Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty (3,750) Shares by its Members.

Now Therefore Motion of Board of Director Dominador B. Bolambot Jr. Seconded by

all Present it was approved.

RESOLVED it is hereby resolved to Request Community Development Authority (CDA)

FOR AMENDMENT OF SHARE CAPITAL FROM TWO HUDNDRED FORTY THOUSAND (Php 240,000.00)
TO ONE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (1,500,000.00) FROM THIS YEAR JANUARY 17,
2020 AND THE SAME CHANGE THE NAME OF THE COOPERATIVE FROM TAGBUYACAN FARMERS
MARKETING COOPERATIVE TO TAGBUYACAN FARMERS MULTIPURPOSE COOPERATIVE.(TAFAMCO)

Let Copies of this resolution be given to the aforementioned officer for its
information and appropriate action.

IHEREBY CERTIFY to the Correctness of the foregoing resolution which was adopted
by the board of Directors during general Assembly held on January 17, 2020.
