General Assembly meeting at Tagbuyacan Farmers Marketing Cooperative Office on
January 17 2020, for the purpose of approving certain provision of its Articles of
Cooperation, in compliance with Article 18 of RA 9520.

This is to certify further that during the said assembly,45 members with voting
rights voted to approved the amendment by Change the Name of The Cooperative,
from Tagbuyacan Farmers Marketing Cooperative To Tagbuyacan Farmers
Multipurpose cooperative(TAFAMCO) and the share Capital From two hundred
forty Thousand Pesos (Php 240,000.00)(specific provision/s , substitution) of the
Articles of Cooperation/By laws., to wit;

This certification is issued in support of the Tagbuyacan Farmers Marketing

Cooperative application for registration of the proposed amendments/s with the
Cooperative Development Authority.

RESOLUTION NO. 1
Series of 2020

WHEREAS, Tagbuyacan Farmers Marketing Cooperative a duly registered

cooperative with the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) is registered under
Republic Act. 6938;

WHEREAS, with the amendment of the said law by Republic Act. 9520, there
are provisions which are not consistent with the old provisions of the Articles of
Cooperation and By-Laws of the Cooperative;

WHEREAS, in order to conform with the new law, there is a need to amend the
present Articles and By-laws of the Cooperative;

NOW THEREFORE, on unanimous motion of the Board of Directors;

RESOLVED as it is hereby resolved to amend the Articles of Cooperation and

By-Laws of the Cooperative by SUBSTITUTION;

RESOLVED FURTHER, TO AMEND THE AREA OF OPERATION TO COVER

THE ADJACENT MUNICIPALITY OFAGUSAN DEL NORTE.

RESOLVED FINALLY to submit the proposed amendment to the Cooperative

Development Authority for Approval.
