Resolution: Authorization to Process Application for Locational Clearance

WHEREAS, Lumiad Farmers Multipurpose Cooperative (hereinafter referred to as "the

Cooperative") desires to apply for a locational clearance to facilitate its operations; and

WHEREAS, the Cooperative's Chairman of the Board, Celso A. Bughao Jr. , has
expressed a willingness to oversee and coordinate the application process on behalf of
the Cooperative;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT:

1. The Cooperative hereby authorizes and empowers Celso A. Bughao Jr., in his
capacity as the Chairman of the Board of Lumiad Farmers Multipurpose Cooperative, to
act on behalf of the Cooperative and undertake all necessary actions related to
processing the application for locational clearance.

2. Celso A. Bughao Jr. is authorized to fill out and submit the required application
forms to the relevant government authorities or agencies responsible for granting
locational clearance.

3. Celso A. Bughao Jr. is further authorized to provide any additional documents or

information that may be required to support the application for locational clearance.

4. Celso A. Bughao Jr. is empowered to represent the Cooperative in meetings,

discussions, or any communications with the concerned authorities to facilitate the
processing of the locational clearance application.

5. Celso A. Bughao Jr. shall have the authority to undertake any modifications or
adjustments to the application, as may be requested by the authorities to ensure
compliance with the applicable regulations and requirements.
6. Celso A. Bughao Jr. shall keep the Cooperative's management and stakeholders
informed about the progress of the application and any significant updates related to the
locational clearance process.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that this authorization shall be effective from the date of this
resolution and shall remain valid until the locational clearance application is either
successfully approved or rejected, or until such time as it is revoked by the Board of
Directors in writing.

RESOLVED FURTHERMORE, that any decisions or actions taken by Celso A.

Bughao Jr. pursuant to this resolution shall have the same effect as if they were taken
directly by the Cooperative.

RESOLVED FINALLY, that a copy of this resolution shall be duly signed and maintained
in the Cooperative's records for future reference.
