I, FE O. BALAOEG, of legal age, Filipino, being the duly elected and qualified Secretary of
SILETENIAN'S TAGNAWA ASSOCIATION, an Association duly organized as not for
profit organization and existing under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and with
official address at Brgy. Silet, San Juan, Abra, Philippines, under the oath, do hereby certify
that during the organization meeting held on April 25, 2023, the following resolution was
unanimously approved and adopted:

WHEREAS, the Association wishes to register books’ of account the

Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR);

WHEREAS, the Association wishes to establish a banking resolution with

Ilocos Consolidated Cooperative Bank Bangued Branch, Bangued, Abra ;

NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved, as it hereby
r e s o l v e d ,   t h a t ,   t h e B o a r d authorize the Association to proceed with its application for
the registration with the BIR and to open a bank account at Ilocos Consolidated
Cooperative Bank Bangued Branch, Bangued, Abra ;

RESOLVED, FURTHER, as it hereby resolved, that the
B o a r d a u t h o r i z e EMILY T. ORDONIO (President) t o b e t h e designated
representative of the Association in all dealings and transactions with the BIR in relation to
the registration of the Association with BIR; and

RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the Association execute and deliver to said bank a duly
signed original of the completed banking resolution and that the authority to transact
business, including but not limited to the maintenance of savings, checking and other
accounts as well as borrowing by the Association, shall be as contained in this resolution with
the named officers therein authorized to so act on behalf of the Association as specified
hereto:
