Do the math: maybe you can make $2,000-$5,000 tops in one weekend by getting and flipping
multiple pairs of a super limited drop, and maybe you do this 5 times each year.
You’ll only make around $10,000 doing this over the course of the whole year.
Making big amounts of money at once seems impressive (and it is at first), but you have to have a
business strategy to generate money in between these hot drops, so that’s why we’re taking so
much time on giving you a knowledge base and networking skills so you can 10x your business
potential.
Also, there are tons of mistakes that people make that prevent them from even successfully selling
shoes if they do learn to buy them, like using the wrong selling platforms or targeting the wrong
customers.
Here's the thing though: with slim margins on a lot of shoes releasing in 2019, after platform fees and
shipping a lot of the kicks nowadays result in 0 profit for ordinary resellers.

Guide 1: Hype Shoes 101: Gain sneaker plug level knowledge
Business is all about having a competitive advantage. With many out there going for the shoe flipping
biz, how do you stand out?
By having a competitive advantage through knowledge, of course!
This is true in both sneakers, business and in many aspects of life.
We'll go over the ins and outs of basically everything you need to know so that by at the end of reading
this entire Playbook, you'll have enough of a competitive advantage to become a sneaker plug.
One advantage to gain higher levels of success than normal was to branch off from selling just new
releases (which everyone focuses on) to actually educate myself on the past models which I'll reveal
throughout this 100 page section.
By incorporating these older shoes into your business, you'll be almost literally 1 in 1000 which will
put you to the top really fast compared to the other people out there who are just flipping shoes and
chasing hype.
The crazy thing is that even if for some unbelievable reason, no new shoe releases are flippable, you
can still make money the same way anyone who deals in antiques (which is what these hyped limited
shoes will become if they stop releasing) does: buy low, sell high.

PART 1 to RESELLING SUCCESS: KNAWLEDGE
Ok that’s a Tai Lopez (controversial internet money guru extraodanaire, for those who don't know) joke
not a typo...but in all seriousness, selling sneakers does require a lot of knowledge.
Use this Playbook as a reference guide so you'll have the slight edge over your competition.
Once you've taken the time to soak in this information that we carefully put together for you, you can put
this knowledge into action.
As soon as this weekend, you can make your first flip.
Who knows how much it can make you?
Maybe $20, maybe $50, maybe $500...these are all amounts that I've made selling a single pair of shoes.
The journey to a thousand miles starts with one step.
The journey to being a six figure sneakerhead starts with your first sale!
My first sneaker sale netted me $80 in profit.
From then, I was hooked and went on to make many thousands.
More important than the dollar amount of your first sale is the fact that you've taken the first step in your
journey of being a successful sneaker reseller!
Education gives you an edge in life more so outside of school than inside of it. so get ready to study and to
take this Playbook seriously as one of many methods you can exercise your entrepreneurial and human
potential.
Before we dive into the exact methods and models, I want to tell you a story about myself.
It's a story to show that anyone with the correct knowledge, applied with action and persistence, can
reach whatever goal he or she wants in life, including the goal that you probably have of becoming a six
figure sneaker plug.
You have to realize though that it's up to you at the end of the day whether or not you take the
responsibility to put this knowledge into action, a phrase I'll say a number of times in this guide.
Ok let's get started with my back story.

My back story: from random reseller to successful sneaker flipper
Before selling limited sneakers like the multiple pairs of the 2015 Adidas Yeezy Boost 750 OG Light
Brown/Grey (now worth $2000-$3000 per pair), I didn't have any special connections or
relationships. I was just an ordinary reseller that honestly was not making that much cash in the
beginning.
I was a reseller for a long time, selling clothing, even shoes, but never had success beyond maybe
$50-100 in a good week of multiple items. Working my job that paid minimum wage, I wanted a way
out, but couldn't seem to have a consistent source of income. was reselling anything but with no
process. I relied on luck and sometimes I felt like I was wasting a lot of time. In fact I was wasting a lot
of time because I wasn't dealing with product that was money or time efficient. One day I did the
math, and I realized that I was making less than $2 per hour reselling clothing items I would find! It
really wasn't worth it. I'd spend about 10 hours a week browsing the shelves of Goodwill, Marshall's,
and other stores and have only $20 in profit to show for it!
One day everything changed.
I decided to exclusively sell expensive things. I had $200 saved up and was ready to make a good flip. I
just needed to know what to sell. I was browsing eBay and was looking for the highest priced items in
different clothing departments. I would look at T Shirts, and see a designer brand like Versace come
up, or pants, and see designer jeans come up. Nothing earth shattering here, although I did find some
brand names like Robert Graham that I hadn't heard of before, and made a note to myself to be on
the lookout at Goodwill for that brand. I then typed in “shoes”, filtered for the highest price, and to
my surprise, it wasn't a high end designer brand with a listing for over $1,000 with 28 bids, it was
Nike!
The "Just Don" Jordan 2 retailed for $350 in stores in 2015
I looked up the shoe model and saw that it retailed in store for $300! I couldn't believe my eyes, and
found that same shoe being sold for over $1,000 in high frequency on eBay!
I wanted to be the person that bought the shoes for $300, then sold them for $1,000, to net a profit of
about $500 in one sale!

Little did I know, that not only would I go on to do that, but I would go on to make tens of thousands!
This didn't come easily though.
It came with mistakes, losing money, getting scammed, and a lot of knowledge built up over months.
So let's get to the point and give you a bit of wisdom that is obvious to those in the shoe game, but not so
immediately obvious for the many people on the outside who just see Nikes going for tons of profit.
The vast majority of money making sneakers are Nike Air Jordans.
However, not all Jordans are created equal.
There are some Jordans that are generic with a worthless resale value (some even resell less than they
retailed at.) Other Jordans may sell for $20-50 above retail, while some will sell for a full $200+ more
than they released in the store (creating price inefficiencies that we can talk more about later.)
In 2020 and onwards, an even more laser focus is needed to profit from shoe models, and it's getting
riskier for normal casual resellers to profit, which gives even more reason to build the knowledge in this
book and to keep it so you maintain that competitive advantage.

I remembered that I used to buy Jordans from Marshall's and attempted to resell them, but made
ZERO dollars.
It is of utmost importance that you know that your item will sell, and how you will sell it before
you try to buy it!
So step one to succeeding in the sneaker reselling game is to have knowledge of which shoe will
be worth something after market.
Seems simple--but I can't tell you how many times I and many others made the common beginner’s
mistake of buying shoes that have little to no resale value and being stuck with them or having to
sell them at a loss.
You have to be careful and calculated in all your decisions--after all, beyond the moving of shoes,
you're an investor making returns on profits, so treat each action you make this way.
Also: before you do anything, realize that Reselling is not for the faint of heart.
It takes drive, determination and persistence that not everyone has. You have to be willing to get up
early in the morning or stay up all night.
You need to have discipline and learn how to sacrifice.
But if you do all of this well, an exciting path awaits you, one full of shoes, money, business
experience, being able to really call yourself an entrepreneur...
Ok here's one of the first gold nuggets we're going to give you in this Hypemaster training:
One general rule of thumb is that shoes with resale value fall into 3 categories:
1. Retro Jordans in Classic Colorways

2. Celebrity and Designer Collaborations
3. One off, super limited quantity models

The Importance of the Retro
The iconic Retro Air Jordan wings logo as seen across the very first
and all new Air Jordan 1 models
It can be said that if Retro Jordans never came out, there would never be a market for athletic shoes in
a retail range of $200+, and thus no market for sneaker reselling.
Designer Tinker Hatfield with the hard earned consent of Michael Jordan to continue a whole line of
OG Retro Jordans throughout the 80s, 90s and early 2000s through Jordan's game, Olympic and
retirement days created a whole slew of collectible and resellable kicks--a bit too much to remember,
which is why you can keep this Playbook as a reference.
Be careful though: not all retro Jordans have resale value, so we will identify the most profitable
models of the past so you can predict which shoes make the most money.
Retro Jordan’s are classified by number, Retro 1, Retro 2 (or retro II, ...on to Retro 10 (retro X, all the
way up to 33 now as of 2019.
For sake of efficiency, only Jordan’s 1-14 are included in this study guide.
Not only will only including these models save time, but these Jordan’s are where the resell money
is.
Many of the newer Jordans (15-30 have very little to no resale value, so they are not important to
know of (I sell only Jordans 1-14 and do just fine.)
Keep in mind that not all Retro Jordans are resellable, so we will go over in depth the hottest and most
collectible (therefore the most valuable shoes.
Flip Factor
To make shoe models easier to remember, we're including a star score out of 10 called the Flip
Factor, which will allow you to quickly reference the guide and know if a shoe is worth paying
attention to or not.
The flip factor is a current rating of what's hot today and what shoes will sell the fastest if you buy
them for profit.
A low flip factor on a model doesn't mean you need to pass entirely, in fact some shoe models with
low flip factors have some of the most expensive and highly profitable rare models, but they are
historic releases and are not coming out consistently in the present.
Above all, use the knowledge to build a new level of common sense that will allow you to make moves
around all the clueless first time resellers out there and to network your way up to the greats by the
time you've read and soaked in this whole book and put the hours of action and practice in.

All things flippable
Although sneakers are certainly the main focus, and that it's good to have a focus in the beginning,
as you gain experience as a sneaker expert, it's pointless to limit yourself entirely to shoes when
there are many associated ways to make money especially if it's easy.
So we're including items like streetwear and accessories that go for top dollar on the resale market.
We'll go over more brands as well and desirable clothing items too that command hefty profit
margins.
Stay sharp, always educate

As the shoe game changes and prices go up and down, some of the information and prices from this
guide may change.
However, no matter how much the shoe game may change, from this knowledge guide you'll have
knowledge of classics which will give you reputation, and the taste and instinct to identify and
predict profitable models, a skill that isn't taught anywhere else.
Of course, there are other resellable shoes outside of this guide: this is just a good base point that
will give you enough to succeed.
We're teaching you how to fish (if you're familiar with that analogy) so you won't have to rely on
our online resources for everything and you'll have an instinct and know where to go.
By the end of the knowledge section, you'll understand how we are identifying and pricing the
money making models that we publish every month on our website.
This is critical in becoming a six figure sneakerhead.
Price data and pictures will come from New York City's Flight Club (Flightclub.com), and StockX.
Although Flight Club is known to many to be overpriced, is still the original and highest reputation
with regard to the authentic shoes and still a favorite among celebrity sneaker shoppers.
GOAT just merged with Flight Club, so their slump may be ending especially after they raised as
much money as they did ($100 million --from Footlocker-- in 2019).
The prices for the models pictured is accurate among collectors as these are historic models worth
collecting and/or trading for profit or fun.
Note that prices vary by size, simply go to FlightClub and StockX and change the sizes and you'll
see how different prices can fluctuate just based on size for the exact same model.
Pro Tip: Make money where no one else is doing it
Although you can certainly make money from them, since so many people are focusing on the new
models, it becomes a very competitive environment where you might have to take a lower price

RETRO JORDAN STUDY GUIDE:
The Retro Jordan is the shoe that started all the hype.
Tinker Hatfield is perhaps the most legendary Nike shoe designer of all time, the mastermind behind
the Nike Air Jordan, now called Retro Jordans as the orginal designs are now over 30 years old. It
definitely wasn't easy to, but thanks to his talent and eye for design, he was able to wow Michael
Jordan enough with a shoe worthy of his name.
The Retro Jordan trailblazed a new category of sneakers that were both functional for playing and
fashionable for the streets and worthy of a high price tag, selling for prices above normal high end
shoe brands at retail and far beyond even the loftiest of luxury brands on the resale market when the
hype was so big that they sold out.
Although in the present, Retro Jordans don't always sell out, by knowing the history and paying
attention to the colors and using different factors that create hype and selling out, you can predict
fairly accurately if a Retro Jordan of the present will sell for a profit.
Use these following pages as a reference for knowledge of past valuable releases that you may run into
on the aftermarket, which you can buy and sell as a collector and to collectors, for a profit if you'd
like, and as part of a diversified investment profile (or perhaps your first form of investment.
You'll also now be able to identify these past models as a good opportunity if and when they re-

Here’s a quick breakdown of the Retro Jordan’s by number:
Air Jordan 1

Because of its lower retail price (thus higher profit margin, lower platform fees) and its classic status,
the Air Jordan 1 is one of the most flippable sneaker out there.
Originally released in 1985, the Air Jordan 1 is the classic, Original Jordan.
It released originally in a high top, and although low top variations came out, the high tops are hands
down worth the most.
Pictured is also a classic, Original colorway: The Air Jordan 1 "Bred" which retailed at $160.
Just about anything in this black/red (aka “bred” colorway) is worth resale value.

Guide 2:
Knowledge into action: Buying and Selling hype shoes worth thousands
Becoming a six figure shoe seller means you meet 2 standards:
-You're better at buying shoes than other people
-You can effectively sell the shoes quickly at high
prices
While these 2 standards are obvious, the specifics of how to get in the top 1% or 0.01% of these 2
standards is the challenge we will demystify in this section.
Being better at buying shoes means you can get them at a better price, which often means retail,
and in some cases below retail.
While the specifics may change, like the exact website strategies we give and instructions on how
to use a specific sneaker bot, once you understand how to do this in the present you'll know what
it takes to learn in the future.
Effectively selling the shoes quickly at high prices means that you are experienced across all
sneaker platforms that we will mention.
But the money is made in the sale so you need to know which platform to use when and to have
at least some experience in all different platforms so you can make the biggest margin.
We also added a used shoe selling guide so you can capitalize on all opportunities--remember
that almost every millionaire has more than 4 streams of income, and applying this within one
business, like shoe selling and including the stream of used shoes, is key to hitting big numbers.
The best method for identifying profitable shoe releases
With so many different shoes dropping, it can be quite overwhelming to even know whether or
not a shoe is worth buying.
Therefore, before we go into the process of how to buy your shoes, you'll save tons of time and
money by finding out whether or not the shoe is actually worth buying in the first place.
Although this process we lay out is not 100% fool proof, it'll give you a huge edge over many other
new resellers or those simply curious but still clueless about the shoe resale market.
Here are a few rules of thumb:

1. Similar to historic models that have high Flip Factors
We laid out the whole first knowledge guide for a reason.
Don't underestimate its importance, and keep it as a reference.
By reading it, you'll develop the broad taste of your customers. Even if you are into shoes,
there may have been brands or names you haven't really heard of yet but we went way in
depth into the knowledge section to really shed light on the whole arena.
One example of the value of the knowledge section was the Lebron XVI "Watch the Throne".
We mentioned the old "Watch the Throne" model explicitly in the guide in 2017, years before
this 2019 drop.
These shoes were a surprise drop and there was only a 23 minute window to decide whether or
not they were worth getting--and for many noobs they made the mistake of passing, because not
all of these surprise drop SNKRS shoes are worth buying to resell.
The Lebron 16 "Watch the Throne" sold for nearly double almost instantly, for near $200 profits
per pair.
They were a profitable drop, as someone would have known who had read our knowledge
section. So stay educated and it will certainly pay off, especially in the realm of identifying
profitable releases!

about soon

Guide 4: Master the Mystery of Sneaker Bots with The “Cook” Recipe
No you dont need to be a coder to run sneaker bots—although it takes a good bit of
knowledge.
This is the most technical part of the guide, but at much as today's game for getting the
hottest and most expensive shoes relies on sneaker bots, you can use the other strategies in
this guide to guild a big business--I wasn't really even using bots during some of my best
months.
That said though, knowing this is a huge competitive advantage so even if this part is too
confusing in the beginning, we suggest you revisit it, or join our own private SFSH cook
group.
Sneaker Bots
A sneaker bot is software, often built using Python/abeautifulsoup. It automates the checkout
process, and can even solve captchas ("are you human" tests) either automatically or with
your assistance off the website.
Some bots are almost exactly the same, but are just branded differently, so the bots suggested
in this guide are not the only ones you can use successfully, but they're a good basis because
these bots have a good history and support system, as well as a lot of tutorials on their
website.
Different types of bots
Before we dive into the specifics of using a sneaker bot, let's define the different types. Disclaimer: I am not
encouraging you to buy nor am I affiliated with any of these products, so do your due diligence and
understand the risks before you spend any money on this kind of software!
Using someone else's bot: Auto checkout service, carts.
Auto checkout service:

Some services, including doubleupkicks.com and rsvpkingz.com, allow you to have a one time
use of their copping method without having to worry about the investment and proper setup of
your own sneaker bot. These services are good if you aren't technically inclined as they simply
require a payment and a few other details and they handle the rest. Although there are decent
success rates using such services, often you'll get charged even if their method fails. Also, at
$200+ to use such a service if you're buying Yeezys, check the current resale rate of Yeezys,
you'll probably be looking at a $100 or less profit per shoe, or maybe you'll break even.
To buy a legit sneaker bot costs you about $100 more than this service but you'll own it to use for multiple
releases which is financially smarter in the long run. It's also worth noting that you're giving out personal
information, including email logins and credit card info to both these kind of services and Auto checkout
bots, so understand the risks of exposing such information online.
Carts/slots
Explore Sneaker bot Facebook groups (private) and forums (private are the best too), sometimes you can
get on a Slack or Discord channel, and you'll find a group of users who are successfully using sneaker bots.
Make sure the group has a good reputation, especially the users who are offering use of their bot in the
form of carts.
Often, they'll charge $50-100 per cart, which is substantially cheaper than the auto checkout services out
there.
As I said before and I will say again because it's so important, the best deals are not available to the general
public, and take time to establish the relationships that will result in such deals.
