1 All Page signing by Mr. Chowdhury
2 All Pages are to be stamped
3 To put in a Separate Envelop as a part of Technical Bid
4 Envelop should be properly Addressed
5 Envelop should be signed with NAWSI seal
6 Use Tender Name Plate as prepared by Apollo

Technical offer
1 One Original Offer
2 One Hardcopy ( Copy -1)
3 Two Soft Copy( Copy 2 and Copy 3)
4 All should be properly Addressed separately
5 All Envelope should be signed with putting Seal
6 Hard Copy and Soft Copy shall be in same sequence as per Index
7 After Putting in each folder it must be checked that all documents are filed as per index
8 To check signature of Technical offer on each page and stamp
9 Be careful of filing last minutes document
10 Be careful with documents where present document is replaced with New Document
11 Packing shall be as per Tender Submission Process elaborated in Tender
12 Price should not be in Technical offer.
13 Bid Bond shall be part of Technical offer as client will check submission of Bid Bond on
opening
14 Use Tender Name Plate as prepared by Apollo

Financial Offer
1 One Original Offer

4 All should be properly Addressed separately

8 To check signature of Financial offer on each page and stamp
9 Check all Pages Billing Schedule are submitted
10 Check Billing Schedule signed and stamped
11 Packing shall be as per Tender Submission Process elaborated in Tender
12 Should be properly sealed to avoid tampering
13 Use Tender Name Plate as prepared by Apollo
Common Box
1 All above shall be put in a common box of good quality
2 Box shall be properly Marked , Addressed and signed
3 Use Tender Name Plate as prepared by Apollo

Submission
1 Please carry Authorization Letter of Tender Submission as sent by APOLLO
2 Submit Tender atleast 2 hour before
3 Pl do not take chance with Dhaka Traffic
4 At least 2-3 person must go for submission

Opening
1 Pl note names of all Bidders
2 Pl note any thing declared by Client about each bidder
3 Pl send opening report to India
