About us
When we talk about hurdles that have hindered the progress of India as a nation, the first thing that comes to our
mind is the problem of unemployment. It goes without saying; India’s war with unemployment has been the
deadliest one yet. This initiative by Guide2Success has been bought about as a consequence of this problem. As
the quote goes - “Necessity is the mother of all innovations and inventions”. We, at Guide2Success, insist on the
fact that employment for all is a necessity, and hence, as a step to meet this necessity, we have come up with this
initiative. We started with our main focus being on the sector of MBAs in India. The factual numbers show that
nearly 2 million students pass out as MBA graduates every year. And with employment rates lower than around
8% in the country, it’s obvious that millions of students are forced to face the wrath of unemployment. We
researched and found out the chief problem behind it, that is, the lack of coordination among various business
sectors with academic institutions. And thus, the Guide2Success was established to provide a solution as a single
platform for collaboration between business setups and academic institutions all over the world.

Process of Dream2Success

Aptitude Test
It is said that "Knowledge is Power" since knowledge is the fuel that drives human life, gaining knowledge is
deemed the most primary activity that prepares man for a long and successful life. But knowledge has no worth if
not presented at the right place and at the right time.
We present to you, the first stage of Dream2Success – The Aptitude Test, open to all.

Case study challenge

In a case challenge, participant strive to develop the best solution to a real business case study within an allocated
time frame. One delivers presentations for judges and, while competitions vary in composition, a standard format
and purpose exists. It challenges the participants from all across the nation to compete against each other and
prove their skills and knowledge in a real-life scenario. The participants are expected not only to have strong
logical skills but also the ability to identify business opportunities.

This round is to shortlist the participants for the third (final) stage. In this round, the participants will solve the
case study. The best solutions we receive in the form of presentation deck will win the ticket to next round.

PI (Personal Interview)
This is the final round where our HR will be taking a virtual interview with you to determine your skills,
experience and personality.
