SPECIAL AID FOR EMPLOYEES IN COVID 19 PANDEMIC

This is an effort to stand by the side of employees of Runner Group with financial support
who are in the risk of or infected with Covid 19 in a systematic manner.

1) Financial Aid

Aid for diagnosis purpose –

Aid for treatment purpose –

Salary Range Amount

Up to Tk. 30,000 100% of Treatment Cost

> Tk. 30,000 to Tk. 50,000 50% of Treatment Cost

More than Tk. 50,000 N/A

2) General Rules
2.1. All supports will be provided from employee welfare fund. So, financial supports will
be available subject to the availability of welfare fund.
2.2. The employees who have no welfare fund, will have financial support as decided by
Management.
2.3. Group employees will get financial support from the company their salary is
disbursed.
2.4. If any employee needs to get admitted into hospital, he/she has to get admitted into
hospitals after getting recommendation from the company.
2.5. In case of staying home for symptom or test positive and working from home is not
possible, employees will get leave with pay as per policy.
2.6. To be qualified for aid for treatment at home without hospitalization, taking
medicine/treatment as per corporate doctor of Runner is mandatory.
2.7. In case of Covid 19 positive employees, diagnosis cost up to recovery will be provided
by company as per clause no. 1.

3) Management’s Right
The management of Runner Group reserves the right to accept or reject or adjust
anything, anytime for the sake of employee and the company.
