The Authority had resolved to augment the existing road from km 390,000 to km 457.231 (approximately 67.231 km) on the Bodhre to Dhule section of National Highway No. 211 (New NH-52) (hereinafter called the “NH 211 (New NHe52)") in the State of Maharashtra by Four/Six-Laning thereof (the “Project”) on design, build, operate and transfer (the “DBOT Annuity” or “Hybrid Annuity”) basis, and has decided to carry out the bidding process for selection of a private entity as the Bidder to whom the Project may be awarded.
